TIME CAPSULE

A digital time capsule for encrypted media.

Choose a date and prepare an instruction to return, forward or destroy physical media. Notice periods and human confirmation keep you in control.

THREE INSTRUCTIONS

Decide what should happen.

A capsule is an approved future instruction attached to a custody record—not a background automation that acts without review.

RETURN / OWNER

Return it to you

Schedule a future return to your confirmed address, with notice before shipment.

FORWARD / DESIGNEE

Send it to someone

Prepare a future delivery to a designated recipient after identity and address reconfirmation.

DESTROY / CERTIFY

Destroy it

Authorize documented destruction with a certificate—but only after the required confirmation path.

THE SAFETY SEQUENCE

A veto window before execution.

T–30

First notice

Review the date, action, recipient and address.

T–7

Final reminder

Confirm, change or cancel the prepared instruction.

DATE

Human review

The custody record and confirmations are checked before action.

NO REPLY

Custody continues

Silence pauses the instruction; it never authorizes destruction.

RECIPIENT ACCESS

Delivery is not the same as access.

An encrypted drive without its key is a brick. If a capsule names another person, you must plan a separate, secure way for that person to receive the recovery information. Everkeep does not store that key.
