LONG-TERM CARETIME CAPSULE
A letter to the future, held offline.
Choose a future date to have your media returned to you, forwarded to someone important, or destroyed. We’ve learned the most common date people pick isn’t a birthday or an anniversary. It’s “ten years from now.” People don’t want to decide today what will matter in a decade — they just want to know it’ll be there. You receive reminders 30 and 7 days before the date, and you can cancel at any time.
No response never means “execute.” Silence means continued custody. Destruction is never triggered by silence.

Book a supervised visit to read or copy from your drive. Your original media is transferred internally, opened only in the reading room, and returned to custody after the session.
One session per year is included. Additional sessions are $99 each.

CLEAR ANSWERS
Before you send anything.
No. You encrypt the media yourself before shipping it. We do not ask for, receive or store your password or recovery key.
We cannot recover it. That is the honest consequence of zero knowledge. Keep your recovery information somewhere safe and separate from the stored media.
The primary and backup are stored separately, reducing physical-loss risk. We verify consistency by comparing the encrypted data without decrypting it.
The instruction pauses and custody continues. Silence never authorizes forwarding or destruction, and the regular custody charge continues under the service agreement.
You can request permanent return or use the vault reading room. A temporary loan may require chain-of-custody and hash verification before it re-enters storage.
No. We take physical custody of customer-owned encrypted media and keep it offline. There is no online file browser, upload or remote download.
